Hi Sherrye Oops My mistake misread marriage date should read as follows.also mbriggs gave wrong birth date John b. 5th May 1556 should read 5th May 1665. There is a misprint in this edition as it gives conflicting details : Re Silver Book Vol 19 ( Thomas Rogers) Mary ROGERS, ( Joseph 2 Thomas 1)born prob Duxbury 22 Sept 1644. d. Barnstable 19th April 1718.she married Barnstable 10th Aug 1664 ( see what I mean ) John PHINNEY b. Plymouth 24th Dec 1638. d, Barnstable bet 19th April 1718 & 9th March 1718 /19 son of John & Christian ( PATTEN) PHINNEY. John PHINNEY (Finney) of Barnstable, Weaver, made his will 19th April 1718 giving bequests after the decease of his wife to daughter Mary EASTLAND, Mercy CROCKER, & Reliance MORTON: sons John,Joseph,Thomas, Ebenezer,Samuel, Benjamin& Jonathon PHINNEY, Son John was to be executor, The inventory was taken 9th March 1718/19 and the will probated 19th June 1719. This is verbatim as printed I am not sure it helps but I hope it does.
