    1. Re: [MFLR] Warren, Chilton & Cooke lines
    2. I have both Sarah Chandler's in my database. The one married to Moses Simmons was born before 1620 in England and died in Duxbury according to my database aft 1644. I have no parents listed for her. She is listed in both the Philip Delano (Green covered) and the John Alden Mayflower books. Moses Simmonson, also born before 1620 in England and died aft 1644 in Duxbury. The after 1644 death dates are derived from the date of birth of the last child. They had 4 children born between 1635 and 1644. Please note, I am not citing actual dates as found in the various silver books, but just provided years instead in order to prove my point. The other Sarah Chandler that is in my database is born before 1622 in Leiden, Holland to Roger Chandler and Isabella Chilton. She dies before 1675 in Bridgewater, MA. Married Solomon Leonard, born about 1610 in England and dies bef 1671 in Bridgewater. She is listed in the Chilton Mayflower book. They had 6 children born between 1643 and 1650. As far as I know, these children were born in Duxbury. Therefore, I would have to make the leap of faith that we are talking about two totally different Sarah Chandlers. They both are having children at the same time and the real deciding factor is the fact that the first Sarah has her last child in 1644 and the other Sarah has her first child about 1643. Therefore, the Sarah Chandler married to Moses could not also be married to Solomon Leonard at the same time unless actual dates can be found for the births of all these children as well as a conclusive marriage record to have her married to both men. I have never found any contemporary record that provides the surname of Sarah (___) Simonson. Sarah, wife of "Moses Symonds," was named in an 03-Jun-1673 court record [PCR 5:116], and so was living then, but undoubtedly died before Moses' 17-Jun-1689 will which does not provide for her [MD 31:60].
