I do not know if this connects, but I'd certainly like to have any info on James Maxwell b. ca. 1820(supposedly the youngest child of his parents) Caldwell Co., Ky.; later moved to jackson Co., Al. He married Rebecca Jones, possibly in Al. They migrated to Pope Co., Il. ca. late 1840's or early 1850's. He purchased land there in 1852. I would love to have any info on James' parents or sibs.
