E. R. Hull, Thanks for posting your lineage. It looks like your Maxwell line has similar migration pattern to mine. This is mine. At least I think it is. 1. Dumfriesshire, Scotland (emigrated to New Jersey about 1760) 2. Monmouth County, New Jersey (maybe) 3. Living in Trenton, Hunterdon County, New Jersey in 1767. (Trenton is now in Mercer County.) 4. Franklin, Warren County, Centerville and Miamisburg, Montgomery County, Ohio. There were family members living in Greene, Hamilton and Miami Counties too. (A large group of New Jersey Presbyterians migrated to this part of Ohio between 1800 and 1810) 5. Delphi, Carroll County, Indiana and Lafayette, Tippecanoe County, Indiana. A brother, sister and their families lived in Van Buren Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana before joining others in Wabash Township, Tippecanoe County, Indiana. (The first family arrived in Carroll County about 1836.) 6. Union and Indian Creek Townships, Story County, Iowa (arrived in 1856) 7.
