I have a JAMES MAXWELL (Louisville) m. 1840 MARY ANN BECKWITH They had at least one child: CAROLINE BECKWITH MAXWELL I can't find any parents for JAMES. I think he died around 1847 cause unknown. MARY ANN remarried to JOHN A. COPP Marriage Record from Filson Club: pg 204: #219: Copp, John A.; bd Geo. T. Weaver to Maxwell, Mary Ann; widow of James Maxwell, dec. proven by Geo. T. Weaver.
