Anne, Have you moved yet? Do you really find things in there and are able to print them out? When I had subscribed to the census I could never get to all print out. Sometimes there would not even be slide bar to move the page either up or down and you couldn't view all of the page. I don't know what I can be doing wrong and I did write to them for support but it didn't help either. Kat

Instead of a slide bar, in the upper left hand corner you should have a number of icons. The default icon is a magnifier. To zoom out select the icon with a minus sign. The icon with a hand allows you to move the image around to see different parts.
