Wilmer: I got that list you posted, but it didn't have the names and dates I was looking for. There are other Maxwell's who came that are not listed.. My line list a JOEL MAXWELL coming in early 1700's, however I believed his name wasn't JOEL but maybe John or even something else all together. That's why I'm seeking other names on a ship's manifest. If anyone knows of other Maxwell's entering in the 1700's or earlier, please let me know. I heard of several brothers coming together in these earlier years , I have a longer list of Maxwell's on various ships and time periods coming, but their not showing groups of brothers coming together. I show a Hugh Maxwell and his son Hugh arriving in 1732 in Massachusetts and another Hugh coming in 1733, a James between 1730-1736 in Boston, a William in 1723 to South Carolina and a William to Virginia in 1716. There were dozens of Maxwell's in Barbados in the 1600 and 1700's. Larry W.
