    3. All, I have a bit of info on a Brigadier General William MAXWELL that came from the book, "Genealogies of Pennsylvania Families". Appears William was a Colonel in July 1775 and another mention has him as a General in February 1777. He commanded a brigade and followed Washington to the Brandywine. This info came from the sketch of Colonel Ephraim Martin, of the New Jersey Continental Line of the above book. There is a little more on MAXWELL and that may be of some help to you. Anyone wishing a copy of this info can send me their address. I will send you a copy as soon as I can. If you're replying from MARTIN-L mailing list please respond to me privately. I do not subscribe to that mailing list. Thanks! Sincerely, Larry __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Yahoo! Health - Feel better, live better http://health.yahoo.com

    3. I am not able to get to my records untill I'm on my feet a little more and I am not sure of the William Maxwell side of the family line. However, if you would go ahead and send me the data you may have on this gentleman, I would greatly appreciate it. It would give me something to do to keep my mind busy.
