Betty, The Vital Records Project, http://MA-VitalRecords.org, does not yet have Rutland. However, we have numerous images available, including Rutland, and it will be getting transcribed and added to the database. We have other Worcester towns currently in progress and the people who are working on those towns will probably keep working on other Worcester towns as they complete the one in progress.
