Hi! >From the Windham County Transcript 14 Jan. 1864 Michael O'Brien, an Irishman, who formerly resided in Danielsonville, was found dead on Monday evening, in Dudley, a few rods north of Young's Tavern, in the new railroad, a section of the road that is being built by Mr. Wheelock. He left his boarding place Saturday noon, came up to Dudley Hill and bought him a pair of boots at the store, and left about noon to return. He called at one or two places on his way back to warm him. It seems that he fell into the cut and was killed, or injured so he could not go on, and froze. A bottle was found by his side filled with liquor. Marilyn Labbe ____________________________________________________________ Visa, MasterCard, AMEX & Discover. Compare Offers & Apply Online.
