She was a very faithful woman that belonged to many religious societies and a member of Our Lady of the Angles Church. Born in Rochester, NY to Peter & Bertha (NEUMAN) MCGEE. Wife of the late Carl B. BIGWOOD who died in 1966. Entombment will be in Notre Dame Mausoleum. March 16 & 17 2007, Leicester, Frances (PULASKI) BAZYDLO, 106, her son, Navy Seaman First Class, Chester J. BAZYDLO was KIA during WWII when the ship he was on, the USS Fletcher, was torpedoed. She worked as a spinner many years for Fine Fabrics Co., and worked there until she was 76. A member of Our Lady of Czestochowa in Worcester, and the Polish American Veterans of WWII Aux. Born in Poland to Stanley & Rose (LAJZER) PULASKI. Her husband, Jacob BAZYDLO died in 1965. Burial in Notre Dame Cemetery. January 24 2007, Worcester, Doothy V. (BERGSTROM) BENSON, 84, formerly from Manchaug. Her son, Army Spec 4, Dennis BENSON, died in Vietnam, Dec. 1968. She loved to play cards, crochet and play the piano. She also enjoyed fishing, painting and cooking. Born in Worcester to Phillip G. & Mabel (BLOMGREN) BERGSTROM. Her husband of 38 years, Earle BENSON, died in Jan. 1982. Burial in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. October 31 2006, Clinton, Beatrice M. (FORHAN) FLOYD, 92, died in Northborough. A son, Paul E. FLOYD, died in 1966. *It does not mention Branch of Service or place. She was a Gold Star Mother. A member of St. John the Evangelist Church in Clinton. Born in Worcester to Edward J. & Margaret T. (KITTEREDGE) FORHAN, and widow to Paul J. FLOYD in 1969. Burial in St. John Cemetery, Lancaster. February 1 2006, Taunton, Dorothy R. (GLEASON) LEDOUX SULLIVAN, 83, formerly of Worcester, died in Taunton. * No mention of son's name or branch of service, only that she was a Gold Star Mother. Born in Worcester to John D. & Eva M. (PETIT) GLEASON. Her 1st husband, Leoard R. LEDOUX, died n 1944. She is the widow John P. SULLIVAN, who died in 1979. Burial in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. September 22 2005, Worcester, Mary Bernice (OCONNOR) HARRINGTON, 92, a son, Lance Corporal John D. HARRINGTON, of the USMC was KIA in Vietnam, Nov 11 1969. She worked as a bookkeeper at Western Auto Supply store and later joined her husband in their family business, Harrington House of Carpets, in Worcester. A member of St. George's Church. Born in Worcester to Thomas & Katherine (POWERS) OCONNOR. Her husband of 30 years, Robert F. HARRINGTON, died in 1972. Burial in St. John's Cemetery, Worcester. March 1 2005, Shrewsbury, Angela N. (MASIELLO) CAPUANO, 100, her son, Paul CAPUANO, was KIA during the Vietnam War. She worked in the State House as a clerical assistant and retired from Worcester State Hospital, in the business office, in 1974. A member of St. Margaret Mary Church. She was a homemaker and member of St. Luke the Evangelist Church. Born in Grafton to Thomas & Sarah (MARTIN) MCMAHON. Her husband of 47 years, James F. BROWN Sr., died in 1975.
