    1. [MAWORCES] NEHGS marriage?
    2. Jackie
    3. Could someone PLEASE look for a marriage in MA in the NEGHS database? The bride was Philomene Gendron DesChamps. Her birth father's surname was Gendron but she often used her step-father's surname of DesChamps. Of course his name was often misspelled as Disher, Deshon. Added to the confusion, the bride often used her American name -Mary Field/s. Believe she married around 1852/3. She was listed with her mother and step-father's home in Fitchburg on the 1850 census. The groom's original French name was Francois Remi Renaud-Deslauriers. The family mainly used the surname Deslauriers while in Canada, but he changed his name to Jeremiah LUCIUS. This was often misspelled as Lucier, Delorier, etc. This couple were my grgrgrandparents and I have looked for their marriage record for years. I really could use some help! Thanks Jackie
