Dan, The record is in Vol. 214, page 143. Walter was born in Worcester, but the birth is recorded in the Swansey records. There is an asterisk after the town's name in his record. No informtion on the page about the asterisk. It could be just that he was not born in Swansey. His parents' residence was Swansey. His father was a carpenter and was born in Arm??gh Ireland Eu.
