Dear List Members: I want to thank The Clown, John & Jodi Slaughter, and Katherine Ayers for their replies to my recent inquiry concerning the date and place of birth, together with the parentage of Alvah W. Crooker who died in 1897. In addition I would like to thank each and everyone of you on the list for being a part of a broad group of people who are available to provide the traction that each of us needs from time to time in order to climb over our brick walls.
