Florence H. Aldrich, 95 Wednesay August 21, 2002 Telegram and Gazette Worc. MA DOUGLAS- Florence H. (HIGGENBOTTOM) ALDRICH, 95, of Main St., die Monday, Aug. 19, in St. Camillus Health Center, Whitinsville, after an illness. Her husband, Richard H. ALDRICH, died in 1984. She leaves a son, Ralph E. ALDRICH of Acton; a brother, Russell HIGGENBOTTOM of Pennington, N.J.; nephews and nieces. She was born in Sheffield, England, daughter of John and Getrude (RUSSELL) HIGGENBOTTOM, and had live in Douglas since 1937. Mrs. ALDRICH was a member of Douglas Republican Town Committee and a longtime member of Second Congregational Church. She was also a member of Whitinsville Golf Club and enjoyed horseback riding. The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 23, in the Second Congregational Church, Main Street. Private burial will be in the Prospect Hill Cemetary, Uxbridge.
