He married on Nov. 7, 1695 to Mercy ROBINSON, who was born Sept. 6, 1676, and died Dec. 31, 1740. They resied at Watertown, Mass., where he died Sept. 23, 1730. Children of Nathaniel and Mercy were: #1 Nathaniel #2 Sarah born March 3, 1698 #3 Amos born April 19, 1701 #4 Elzabeth born Jly 23, 1702 and married Daniel BIGELOW, they were the parents of Colonel Timothy BIGELOW, from whom the local chapter of the Daughters of the Ameican Revoution is named. #5 Jonas born Dec. 1703 #6 James born about 1710 #7 Susannah bapt. June 17, 1711 #8 + #9 (TWINS) Solomon and Samuel bapt. June 17, 1711 #10 Ebenezer bapt. He had owned the covenant in Concord, Mass. on Oct. 15, 1727. He married on Dec. 6, 1749 to Thankful HARRINGTON, born in 1729 and died July 16, 1795. He moved with his parents from Groton to Weston and thence later to Westboro. After his marriage, he purchased a large farm in Upton, Mass. on which he resided the remainder of his life. At his death the farm was divided equally between his 2 sons. He died in Upton, Mass. on July 21, 1797.
