These are the names on death cert. of dau. Rosana Marie , 31 March 1929 , Gardner,MA . in the parents place of birth (both) it says "cannot learn" other records indicate "Canada" ( birth record of Rosana b. 22 Apr.1872 Webster ,MA & marriage 18 May 1897 , Gardner,MA to Albert MONTBRIAND/ PONTBRIAND) 1870 MA Index lists but one head of household with this surname : Surname: HUARD Given Name: HERMINEGELD Age: 21 Sex: M Race: W Birth Place: CANA County: WORCESTER Locality: NORTH BROOKFIELD M593-Roll: 655 Page: 86 * perhaps brother of Sophronia?Certainly in the right area at the right time. and Surname: LECLAIRE Given Name: MICHEAL Age: 17 Sex: M Race: W Birth Place: CANA Birth Place: CANA County: WORCESTER Locality: LANCASTER M593-Roll: 653 Page: 206 Apparently Michel and Sophronia or at least dau. Rosana resided in Ware in 1897 prior to her marriage to Albert. They were also at one time residents of Putnam CT .(I believe between 1872 - 188?) Your help is greatly needed an appreciated.!
