Hi All, If you haven't been to the Worcester County archives page recently ....please visit....I have been linking pages of the "History of Worcester and Its People - volume 4" which has bios and photos. Thank you to Kathy Baker - the.bakers@flashnet.it - for scanning this volume she owns. http://www.rootsweb.com/~maworces/wo-gen.htm - archives page Also note a new feature - Quick Jumps - right on the top of the main page---will take you to all your favorite Worcester GenWeb pages! On the topic of too mail emails.....don't forget that you can always subscribe to the digest list [unsub the regular list first tho!] . The digest will have many emails contained in ONLY ONE email...thus cutting down on the number of emails you would have to delete. Digest are set to go out every 18 hours or when the amount of messages reach 25K ---which ever comes first. Also understand that when the list is really inactive...the list server may not send a digest for longer than 18 hours and the digest may only contain one message. So long story short------sub to the digest list if you want LESS email. If you chose to totally unsub from the Worcester list...you don't have to miss anything. Just go to the list archives at http://archiver.rootsweb.com/ They will appear by the month and you can view them all. OR go to the list archive search engine if you want to search for a topic, town, surname, etc. http://searches2.rootsweb.com/cgi-bin/listsearch.pl] The lists are archived only every couple of weeks so the very latest posts will NOT be in the archives.
