I can understand the Town Clerks as well as the library's wanting to protect the records for their respective towns. I was researching some of the old annual reports at the library in the town that I live in and I found quite a few pages that people had cut out sections with a razor. Some people are to lazy to write a little bit. The sad part is that the library will copy the pages for you for fifteen cents a page. It makes it tough when you are searching but you have to put yourself on their side of the fence Harry Aldrich
