Millville was made a town May 1, 1910. My grandfather's WWI draft registration card says he was born in Millville in 1893. One census (1910 I believe) has him born in Rhode Island and the rest say he was born in Massachusetts. Millville, from what I remember, is on the Rhode Island border.
