(ALDRICH) SHAUGHNESSY, 86, of 30 Marywood St. died yesterday in Milford-Whitinsville Regional Hospital, Milford. Her husband, Joseph A. SHAUGHNESSY, died in 1973. She leaves two brothers, Harold L. ALDRICH of Milford, NH, and Jesse W. ALDRICH of Thompson, CT; nephews and nieces. She was born in Brocktn, daughter of Loren and Delia (BAZINET) ALDRICH, and lived in Northbridge before moving to Uxbridge where she lived most of her life. Mrs. SHAUGHNESSY was a secretary at the former Whitin Machine Works of Whitinsville for 40 years, retiring in 1965. She was a member of St. Mary's Church, it's Rosary Sodality, Uxbridge Senior Citizens, Uxbridge Friends of Elders and was honorary trustee of St. Mary's Cemetary, Uxbridge. She was active in community affairs. The funeral will be held Saturday from Tancrell-Jackman Funeral Home, 35 Snowling Road, Uxbridge, with a Mass at 10:00a.m. in St. Mary's Church, 77 Mendon St. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetary, Oak St. Calling hours at the funeral home are tomorrow from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributins may be made to St. Mary's Renovation Fund, 77 Mendon St., Uxbridge, 01569
