Thank you Marcia for the information you sent me. What I have on Reme Dauphinais is that he was married to Alice Croteau. He had children Henri, Theresa, who married a George Butler, and Cecile Marie who married first Andrew Russo Sr., and then ? Jantz. I am guessing that this Reme was born in Fitchburg around 1900-1910 and died in Fitchburg, but that his parents came from Quebec. I am pretty certain that his parents are Joseph Dauphinais, b 1879 Quebec and Clarinda Benard, but I am not 100% sure as there are so many Reme's (and Remi/Remee variations). Joseph and Clarinda did have a Reme who is the right age to be my Reme. I am still stuck on the parents of Theodore Russo of Fitchburg. He married Palma Imprescia. He was born abt. 1900-1920 in Italy or MASS, father of Andrew Anthony Russo Sr., Phillip, and Jeffery Russo, born Fitchburg early 40s. Palma was born in Fitchburg in 1913. Her parents were Filippo Imprescia and Maria Filippa Sicilianio. Filippo was born in 1880 in Italy and died in 1966 in Hollywood, FL. Maria was born in 1889 in Italy and died in 1989 in Fitchburg, MA. All of this line is from: Pietraperzia Provienzia Enna Sicily, Italy Filippo is the son of Dominic Imprescia and Anna Viola. Maira Filippa Sicilianio is the daughter of Salvatore Sicilianio of Pietraperzia Provienzia Enna Sicily, Italy, born 1859, died 1932 in Pietraperzia Provienzia Enna Sicily, Italy. Her mother was Palma Maglio, born 1863 in Pietraperzia Provienzia Enna Sicily, Italy and died 1922 in Pietraperzia Provienzia Enna Sicily, Italy. This means Maria was the immigrant. Salvatore Siciliano was the son of Allessandro Sicilianio and Filippa Di Dio/DiDio. Palma Maglio was the daughter of Giovanni Maglio and Concetta Micciche. This line includes the following related surnames: The Carbone's through Anna Imprescia who married Luigi Carbone, son of Joseph Carbone and Maria Yovin. Weren't the Carbone's tied to the Italian Mafia? The Meglio's, Piccicuto's, Mondillo's, Romano's, Piccolomini's, Mazzone's, Porcu's, Caravella's, Rocca's, and more. Thanks so much. Any help greatly appreciated.
