Vaughn Dewolfe, 79, of 9370 Carthage Road, Spring Hill, Fla., formerly of Northboro, died Friday in HCA Oak Hill Hospital, Spring Hill, after an illness. Heleaves his wife of 32 years, Ann M. (Burke) DeWolfe; nephews and nieces. He was born in Marlboro, son of Charles F. and Elsie P. (Wynott) DeWolfe, and raised in Westboro. He then lived many years in Northboro before moving to Spring Hill in 1978. He graduated from Westboro High School. Mr. DeWofe served in the armed forces for 22 years, retiring in 1966. He was an Army Air Force glider pilot during World War II and was an Air Force veteran of the Korean War and the Vietnam War. After cremation, funeral services will be private in Pine Grove Cemetary, Westboro. Wellman Funeral Home, Hudson Fla., is directing.
