Hi I am new to this list, in pursuit of my gggrandmother Harriet( Wallace) Donaldson(1811-1889), who left her home in NB Canada and went to live in Blackstone, sometime between 1870 and when she died there in 1889. She is buried with her son in Boston, and I am working on who she went to live with and why. I see there are Donaldsons and Wallaces in the town at the time, and wonder if anyone has come across an unaccounted for elderly aunt. She was born in Calcutta, raised in Northern Ireland, emigrated with young family to Canada and retired alone to Blackstone, and has been a person of mystery in many generations of our family.
