Don't forget the young man who fought for the Taliban. Here in Texas, the Yates murders, are getting lots of coverage because they were so horrible. The husband took the stand today for the defense. A psychiatrist testified yesterday that she had warned the Yates two years ago not to have any more children. Early reports suggest to me that he has some culpability in this. Too bad he won't be held accountable. She had to home school those children, couldn't have babysitters or friends, and he obviously expected her to be a baby factory. I am not saying that home schooling and lots of babies is necessarily a bad thing, but all of that forced upon someone and coupled with depression and a warped relationship it would have to lead to trouble.
