Jackie We were just having a conversation about this yesterday. Every house needs some "new" rooms. For example, a computer room that might double as an exercise room. Then, we need a sewing room that could double as a laundry room and storage room. I have my bicycle in my computer room because it is too hot in the garage for it. The rubber in the tires and tubes and the foam in the saddle all deteriorate in the summer heat. Who needs a dining room? We hardly ever use it! We don't have a formal living room.... Pat
