I am not sure how to word this, but here it goes. I grew up not knowing but a few family member totally. I knew nothing past my Grandmother Brumett. I guess you would say I grew up feeling like I was worth not much. Like I was just dropped on this earth. Learning of my families challenges and success's, and the fact that the same blood runs through my veins makes me feel as if there is a reason for being here and I can do more than I first thought. Sounds silly when you write it, but not sure how else to put it. The family search makes them real to me and a part of the history they worked so hard in. Jackie
