Tamara, My dad used to mention that after talking about cooked icing. His mother,a Vaclavik, was really a good cook like from the old country-Bohemia. My mother is the Maupin off spring. It is amazing how differently things were done from North to South. The Vaclaviks were from Michigan and didn't arrive until 1875.
