When you roll it up it is like turning it over or rolling it up into a "tube". When you fold it in half you take the tip and fold it back over the tongue. That is actually three genetic traits-turning it over,folding in half width wise,folding it into a tube or folding it length wise. Not much good for anything but each are genetic traits that are sometimes asked by the medical community looking into genetics.
