    3. I know I will get an answer to this. I have looked for "poke" in all my gardening and wild flower books. I looked it up in the dictionary. I cannot find the species or genus name,botanical name,etc. I can find how to cook it and know it grows wild. I know patients who still eat it. I would like to know what it is.
