Tamara: Thanks for the info! My husband was born and raised in Akron, Ohio, in 1932. They use to use dandelion greens from their yard for a salad. I'd never heard of that before we met. He said it was the depression and it was better than nothing. Has anyone else had a dandelion salad? I know that they use flower petals in some salads in weird restaurants here. I'm just not into anything like that if I can avoid it. Sandi
