I do not understand how areas with previous hits from storms allow building onto flood planes etc. I did see some houses built 15feet above flood level in South TX and that was not high enough. When a piece of iceberg breaks off the size of Delaware (due to global warming) that water has to go someplace. I guess Italy will never be under flood stage again! I wish I had gone to Italy before all of these antiquities were destroyed.
