    3. Hi all, My third explanation: You look in the "COURT CLERK'S OFFICE" of that county. That is where J.P. records are maintained............................................................. In fact for that office in Caddo Co, OKI - call 405-247-3393. If there are "any records" that he ruled on and signed, etc. this is the ONLY place they would be.
