    3. If I remember right (?) the "Census Day" for 1920 was 01 Jan 1920. This is the "Moment in time" for which all questions were to be answered. As to the day the Census Taker actually arrived at the door to ask the questions It would have been anywhere from a few days to about a month later. Each census has a "Census Day" but that day has changed from Census to Census. Jan 1, Apr 1 and Jul 1 have been frequently used. Hope this helps.
