    3. My 2 cents: We say MOP-in. Guess that's really the same as MAW-pin just a difference in how to spell it out. I never was good at reading how to pronounce something --- just have missed those classes too much in school.     3. Whats interesting is they usually stutter when I'm wearing a tie. Social dynamics at play. I was corrected by my French commander, who required me to recite [Ma-ooh-pahn].
