Hi Do any of you "Maupin" cousins have any information regarding this couple. I am currently trying to establish the relationship of Samuel and Jane Maupin Rea as the parents of Thomas Rea who married Ann, Anne, Annis Ballard. I have the information from Rev. Woods "Albemarle County, Virginia and some from Dr. Socrates Maupin's research however, for some reason the geneologist @ DAR doesn't want to accept these sources. Any assistance or suggestions are appreciated. My family connection is through Jane Maupin and Samuel Rea their son: Thomas Rea & Annis Ballard son: Daniel Rea & Sara "Sally" Thomas son: Zedekiah H.
