Their names are: Eudora Jane Gates born April 7, 1874 and married to Charles Maupin on December 25, 1890.The Gates family lived in Blanco or Kendall County, TX at the time. This isn't too far from San Antonio. Eudora Jane Gates Maupin died in the 1920s in California. I have no death date for Charles Maupin Their children are: Esca born 1895 died during WWI George Dewey born 1897 and died in New Mexico in the 1920s in a motorcycle accident. Corinne born in 1899 no further information except that she married Emmet Bussey. Gay born about 1901 and married Otis Pruitt and moved to California. Could you look this family up in the Maupin book to see if they are listed? I have seen a posting for this family on Rootsweb, but the return address was disfunctional by the time I got to it.
