Donna, James H. Dulaney is also the nephew of Frances Dulaney who married Patrick Woods in Feb 1813 in Kentucky and then they moved to Howard county with Patrick's children from his first marriage and had three sons of their own in Howard county. It is hard to tell how and why James H. wound up in Howard county, but he certainly has a lot of descendants in this part of the state. Vicki
