    3. Good Afternoon!!! It would be a good guess that he came with his uncle Garland D. Maupin. I know that Garland was the person who went to Knox County and brought the children and their belongings back to his father Daniel Maupin, II in Madison County. Garland came to Howard 1827-1829 time frame. Does this help?
