Thanks Kathy, William and Jim (?) for the info on these brothers. Can someone tell me what A.L. (Maupin) and A.D. (Crawford) stand for? I have a picture of the saloon, and the mining claim and the cattle/sheep ranch. Also have John's "baptismal certificate" for the Seventh Day Adventist Church. Let me think........what else may be in my tinbox full of goodies.....(all papers belong to George and John) I have ledgers and letters. I have one letter from A.D.Crawford to John concerning one of the mining claims and it has a "treasure" map with it. I also have whiskey glasses from saloon. I think I have a picture of Elizzinna and of Maud. As you can see I have alot of goodies, but didn't have alot of info about what I had. If you would like copies of some of these papers let me know. It may be a few weeks before I can get to it though, as my husband is preparing to leave for Bosnia in a couple of weeks, so I am not doing alot of "geneology" right now.
