Did anyone take a nice picture of the new grave markers with a digital camera or have a scanner where they can send me a scanned image? I'd like to put it on the Jesse Maupin and Lucy Jones MyFamily.com website. Although I have the picture sent to me by William, I though perhaps a digital image might have a higher resolution and show up better. I took some pictures with my digital camera. I forwarded them to Phyllis already. I am extremely busy at work, so I don't have a lot of time right now to spend on Maupin stuff. As far as the reunion went, it was fantastic. I almost didn't go because of my work schedule but at the last minute I got a decent airfare from US Air right to Charlottesville from St. Louis. I am glad I went. Also, my younger son, Zachariah, surprised me and drove down from Scranton, PA. I had a good visit with him. As most have already said but I will ditto: Bill Albertson deserves a big THANK YOU for all the hard work he did. And he never stopped. And the weather was super. Couldn't have been planned any better. The Virginia countryside was gorgeous. I did take a few pictures with my digital camera. I have already forwarded these to Phyllis Bauer. As I said earlier I am extremely busy at work. I will send these out to those who request them as I get a chance. Or maybe, Phyllis, you could send them.
