I just received my copy of Dorothy's book and it is great, I wanted to thank every one that made it possible and if any one has contact with Dorothy please thank her for taking the time to have another edition printed, it only took a couple of weeks to get and I can't wait to set down and study it, thanks again for all that made it happen.
