Amen to that, Phyllis. I have corresponded with and talked on the telephone with Ms. Dorothy since 1980 about our Maupin lines and documents. We went through illness, birth and death for both families. Only at the Reunion in October 1999, did I (Bill and I) finally get to personally meet this wonderful, very gentle caring lady. The book is a superb history of the early Maupin family - and she is to be commended for her dedication to the facts. Phyllis, I and many others can attest to this fact.
