    3. Hello Everyone: I just returned from the funeral of one of my favorite uncles. I thought some of you would be interested in his obituary. This is as it was printed on the memorial service folder (although I did correct one inaccuracy and added a few more details for your edification). Also, following is his direct Maupin line. The Maupin Ancestry Line for Paul Holt Harmon Gabriel Maupin - Marie Hersent Daniel Maupin - Margaret Via Jesse Maupin - Lucy Jones Mosias Maupin, Sr. - Leah Downey William Maupin - Sarah Perkins Mosias Maupin, Jr. - Nancy Patton John Maupin - Mary Virginia (Polly) Maupin Malinda Elizabeth Maupin - William Edward Holt Ollie Ethel Holt - Rollie Addison Harmon (Paul Holt Harmon is one of the sons of this union) Paul Holt Harmon Paul, 73, was called home on November 29, 2002, in Tacoma, WA. He was born to Rollie Addison Harmon and Ollie E. (Holt) Harmon in St. Louise, MO, on December 19, 1928. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers (Glenn Calvin Harmon and Robert Edward Harmon) two brothers-in-law (Jerry Rowe and William McGreevy) and three nieces/nephews (Barbara Jean [Harmon] Stanley, Charles Harold Carson, Jr. and William Edward Harmon). Paul's greatest love was that for his family, and he is survived by his loving wife, June Maurine (Kennedy) Harmon, of 53 years, and: Son: James Holt Harmon - Wanda Jean ?? (no issue) Grandchildren: Heather & Coral (from first wife) Daughter: Susan Maurine Harmon - Randall Oyster Grandchild: Kristen Daughter: Margaret Ellen Harmon - Jeffrey Tyrone Nelson Grandchildren: Matthew Tyrone & Marla Maurine Daughter: Linda June Harmon - Patrick Swiger Grandchildren: Megan Nicole, Jason Daniel, Michael James Also surviving him are one brother, John Rex and his wife Lucille Mae (Mangers), four sisters, Myra Louise (Harmon) McGreevy, Myrtle Eudora (Harmon) & Henry Frank Poston, Margaret Ellen (Harmon) Rowe and Frances Eilene (Harmon) Davidson; fifty nieces and nephews and numerous great nieces & nephews. He will be missed by many as we say so long for now. His family moved to Tacoma in 1948 when his father became the minister at the First Christian Church in Roosevelt Heights. Paul completed his high school education at Puyallup High School and attended Pacific Lutheran University for one year before commencing his working career, which would culminate with the position of Chief Executive Officer for Cascade Trailways. Additionally, Paul served on the Board of Directors with Tacoma Industrial Trust and was a past President of the Washington Motorcoach Association. Besides several affiliations with business organizations, Paul was a member of the Tacoma Elks Lodge.
