    3. Kimberly I am in DAR and you can use Daniel Maupin m. Margaret Via for your patriot ancestor. He is an approved DAR patriot ancestor. I don't know anything about Zachariah, but you can get in using Daniel if you wish. 3. My thoughts are that --- some of my relatives wouldn't mind having their information listed but I know that others would be and others I have no way of knowing. To find out or get their permission would require extensive time as there would be 50 or more for me to contact. Not all of them I have email so can't contact quickly (on trips, etc.). So the conservative thing is to not show information about living people especially in light of nervousness of some about identity theft. I'm not one of those but some of my relatives are concerned about identity theft. 3. Hi Cousins: I had email from James Welch today. He received my snail mail of family photos and my additions/corrections of the draft he sent to me. I crossed out information on living people and he wondered, since what he'd sent to me is on record, if it is a problem showing that. I am calling him tomorrow or Sunday, if time permits, since my understanding was that no living family members were to be in the book. Please email your thoughts about that. I know that some people don't care. Some people might. My feeling is that including living family without asking for their permission isn't the thing to do. Best, Cus Sandi
