    3. Sandi, You are such a sweetheart! Basically anything you would want to scan and send me would be great. I guess anything that pertains to Jargeau and the surrounding area. So that would be a good place to start. Don't misunderstand, I do know more than just the dates. I would just like more information on their migration. And the lifestyle if it is there. More on his siblings(Gabriel's) if possible. Anything you would want to send would be appreciated. 3. Thanks Norma, I figured Heidi was speaking of the Spencer debate. Wrong parents! Go figure! But, since you brought it up, do you have the source of Marie Hersant's line and where Gabriel and Marie married or was proved, etc? I don't. And would love to acquire the references of where they can be found. I don't have Dorothy Shaffet's book, so I am not sure where it is there. 3. Hi Heidi, You've opened up the debate over the Hersant - Spencer lineages. I don't know if there is any new information out there over this, if this indeed was what you meant by your post. As record's were scarce and people accepted what they were able to find the debate was created. I personally lean to the Hersant ancestry because it makes more sense to me once I search around in Europe. This would be a good time for people to submit what they feel is good documentation as to whom and why. Let the debate continue. Theories are sometimes resolved with a lot of brainstorming, ya know? What do you think? And if you were refering to Gabriel's ancestor's, what/whom did you specifically mean? Regards, Tamara H3ddd@aol.com wrote: I am new to this list.
