Hi Heidi, You've opened up the debate over the Hersant - Spencer lineages. I don't know if there is any new information out there over this, if this indeed was what you meant by your post. As record's were scarce and people accepted what they were able to find the debate was created. I personally lean to the Hersant ancestry because it makes more sense to me once I search around in Europe. This would be a good time for people to submit what they feel is good documentation as to whom and why. Let the debate continue. Theories are sometimes resolved with a lot of brainstorming, ya know?
