Judith, at first glance this looks like Chidley Matthew and his sister Margaret. The Hannah is perplexing but this could have been Honora. These were children of William Mattingly, abt 1786 and a son of Henry. The mother of these was Sarah Chidley Matthews so the Mary is also throwing me.
