Our Priest is probably in his late 50's or early 60's. He has a marvelous Soprano Voice and sang some tunes at the Dinner on Sunday. But he couldn't hit the high notes on Danny Boy. Before serving started we had a young lady in the 20's who was outstanding in her work. Her name was Kate. I sang her the song I have heard since childhood - although we only had an Aunt Kate. "Katie" Beautiful Katie, beautifful Katie Your the only guh-guh- girl that I adore. Whenever the Moon shines Over the old cowshed I'll be waiting at the ki -ki-kitchen door. She said her Grandfather sang that too her when she was a little girl and appreciated it. Charley
