Judith, etal There is a tendency for me to say this is the same Luke as mentioned in the Grace Brewer administration of John Mattinglys estate c1750 to which I made a previous comment with a sort of endorsement as the one we are looking for. However, we know that Luke was born before 1745 when John died which would make him 65 and a little old to be making another trip, [first from Md to Ky] to Missouri to obtain Land and turn it over to son, Barton. We may need another find like the one made by Father Burkey --- or a closer look at the other 951 pages of O'Roarks book.
