    3. Good Morning Charley! In my files I have that the Charles William Mattingly who was born Aug 18 1847 in Union County,was the son of William C. Mattingly (b. abt 1807) and Trecy/Theresa Gertin those conniving ancestors of mine that have so successfully hidden their parentage from us all. They could have taught ENRON a thing or two about paper trails.
